How long does it take to get the Refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase or as in-store credit.
Can bamboo shirts be machine washed?
Yes, bamboo shirts can be machine washed. For best results, wash them in cold or warm water, not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius. Use a gentle cycle and avoid washing them with rough fabrics to prevent pilling.

Bamboo shirts can be tumble dried on low heat. However, they prefer to be hung to dry outside. Avoid using high heat, as it can damage the fabric and reduce its lifespan.
Can I use softeners on bamboo shirts?
