Shipping costs and expected delivery times

Below you will find the shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Orders placed on working days will be shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

    To promote sustainability beyond our eco-friendly clothing, we are committed to minimizing the packaging required for shipping orders.

    Upon delivery, you will receive thoughtful packaging that is lightweight and easy to recycle or reuse.

    • Delivered in Do Good Bags made from recycled, FSC-certified kraft paper
    • No thick boxes or plastic outer packaging

    COMING SOON:

    • For orders including more than 2 items, we include a special bamboo fiber tote bag, ideal as a replacement for plastic bags.

  • Shipment

    In our effort to ship orders quickly and sustainably, we work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

    • For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, we partner with Vinted GO (formerly Homerr) and PostNL.
    • Shipping via Vinted GO saves 62% CO2 compared to home delivery, and orders can be picked up at over 2,000 service points nationwide.
    • For orders to Germany and beyond, we work with various international delivery companies, including PostNL, DHL and UPS.
    • While we strive to offer worldwide shipping, this is unsustainable for our planet. Therefore, we only ship within Europe.

  • Order tracking

    We offer tracking for all orders so you're always informed about the progress of your shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your package and estimate its arrival time.
